Project Management Services
tekservePOS understands the importance of diligent and dedicated project management and the key role planning and documentation play in the delivery of successful and on-time installation projects.
Based on scope and size, tekservePOS assigns a dedicated Project Manager and / or Project Management team to each project or account. The Project Manager is the primary point of contact and interface between tekservePOS and the retailer’s team. In addition to coordinating all activities affiliated with the project, the Project Manager is in constant communication with the retailer and tekservePOS’ technical field force division to guarantee the job is running as planned.
The Project Manager also utilizes tekNET, our web-based customer portal, to interact with the customer and our Technical Field force. Here, retailers can track the ongoing progress of their current projects and other related tekservePOS service solutions.
The project manager and / or team also develops a comprehensive project plan that is organized in measurable deliverables and milestones which are updated throughout the project.
