Tap into the future with the HP LD4200tm 42-inch widescreen LCD interactive digital signage display, featuring Infrared technology to enable quick and easy onscreen interactivity in environments, such as point-of-sale (POS), hospitality, education, banking, manufacturing, and kiosks.
Infrared technology is built into each HP LD4200tm display. This technology uses an array of infrared (IR) light-emitting diodes (LEDs), along with photo sensors, to determine touch by pairing to create a grid of light beams across the display. When an object (such as a finger, pen or any other pointing device) touches the screen, the light beam within the grid is interrupted and thus, touch is recognized.
With this technology, you can touch your fingertip to the panel to scroll through screens or use two fingers to replace your mouse as you perform common multi-touch gestures. You can also easily rotate position, shrink and enlarge your documents or navigate media rich 3D content.
