Offering: Customer sends defective equipment to Tekserve POS for repair. The equipment is then repaired and returned to customer.
Ideal For: Self maintenance retailers. Retailers who employ their own field technicians or supply their own spares to the stores.
Turnaround Time: Customer specifies. Typically 5-7 days.
Warranty On Repair: 90 days
Freight Costs: Customer pays freight to Tekserve POS. Tekserve POS pays return freight.
Freight Method: Customer specifies. Typically ground freight.
Installation: Customer assist or Tekserve POS Technician (see POS Express Field Services).
