The Tekserve POS Workstation features a Intel Pentium 4 processor well suited for the Microsoft® Windows® operating system. In addition, the system offers integrated and high-speed networking capabilities and standard and powered USB support.
As a standard feature, Tekserve POS has bundled the system together with such reliable peripherals as the IBM SureMark receipt printer, the Tekserve POS Wombat® keyboard, the Tekserve POS LCD display, the Cipher Lab long-range CCD scanner and the IBM full size cash drawer.
The Tekserve POS Workstation is optimized with the use of the Objectives for Retail software package. With Objectives for Retail, you can quickly implement alternative point-of-service applications such as Point of Sale, e-commerce, kiosk and gift registry. These applications can all share the same architecture, the same functions and a similar look so that the customer experience is the same regardless of the application used. |
