The KSI-1451 ASUB is a full-size, 104 key, professional-grade keyboard that integrates a PCSC compatible, ISO-7816 smart card reader as well as the AuthenTec® Biometric Fingerprint sensor. The SCM Smart Card reader works seamlessly with all the major middleware applications and is Common Access Card compatible for US government and DOD use. Firmware can be securely upgraded in the field. The KSI-1451 ASUB is compliant with all banking and IT standards and certifications. It is also designed to support a wide range of e-commerce, authentication, PKI and network based security applications. The integrated silicon biometric fingerprint sensor will interface with most of the popular security software programs and has a tough, washable silicon hydrate coating and a spill proof key switch matrix makes for years of field use. |
